Gold Pearls

Golden pearls are a type of cultured pearl produced primarily by the gold lipped South Sea oyster (Pinctada maxima), found in the tropical waters of Indonesia, Australia and the Philippines. Their distinctive golden color ranges from light champagne to deep, rich 24 karat gold tones. The color due to trace elements of copper and magnesium in the nacre.

With so many variations in colors, sizes and shapes, we carry a range of strands in house and have numerous pearl merchants to source something to suit if necessary.
