The beautiful Ithuba Collection offers an array of stunning rhino jewellery and accessories. Crafted in collaboration with the Zululand Conservation Trust, the organisation based in South Africa aims to raise funds to directly aid the preservation and care of the wonderful, but sadly endangered rhino.
Inspired by a brave little orphan calf, whose mother was killed by poachers for her horns, the cufflinks are set in Sterling Silver and featuring a purple rhino emblem. The choice of the colour purple highlights the plight of the trust in their attempt to halt the poaching of these animals. It represents the antiseptic used in the de-horning process, which is a procedure that many game reserves have had to undertake in order to protect their rhinos.
